Starbucks is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. As a team lead, you will deploy partners and delegate tasks to create the Starbucks Experience for our customers with legendary service, prompt service, and quality beverages.

You will model Starbucks guiding principles, contribute to a positive work environment, and help maintain a clean and welcoming store.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager during scheduled shifts to execute store operations.
• Lead and deploy partners, delegating tasks to create the Starbucks Experience.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume periods to keep operations on standard.
• Provide legendary customer service with prompt service, quality beverages and products.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Follows Starbucks policies including cash handling and safety during shifts.
