Job summary

HCLTech in Winnipeg, MB (Preferred) or across Canada, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to lead automation initiatives, design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications, and implement Now Assist use cases to improve IT support.

The role focuses on building integrations via REST APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server, shaping Virtual Agent and chatbot capabilities, and collaborating with architects and stakeholders to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on experience with integrations and custom development.
• Experience implementing Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and chatbot automation.
• Experience with ITSM modules and Service Catalog.
• CSA certification required; CAD or other ServiceNow certifications are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and workflows.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in platform development, enterprise integrations, and AI-powered service automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building ServiceNow solutions, implementing Now Assist use cases, and developing Virtual Agent/Service Desk chatbot capabilities to enhance the employee support experience.

Salary Range: CAD 97,000 to 130,000 plus medical / dental and RRSP
