Job summary

Brock Solutions in Kitchener, Ontario is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow applications for improved IT services and operations.

The successful candidate will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, configure workflows, UI, and integrations, and participate in upgrades and documentation. A Bachelor’s degree and ServiceNow experience are required, CSA/SSI preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience implementing, managing, documenting, and troubleshooting ServiceNow
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog
• Experience with ServiceNow security concepts, roles, ACLs, and data management
• Experience with REST web services and third party integrations
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to document technical processes and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our team of experienced professionals at our Kitchener, ON head office location. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design, develop, and optimize solutions that improve service delivery, IT operations, and customer experiences.

This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, development best practices, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Compensation range: $60-80k

Responsibilities:

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in CSM and ITSM
• Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow Next Experience solutions, including UI Builder, Customer Service Workspace and Service Operation Workspace
• Proficient with Python scripting and PowerShell
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and Azure DevOps
• Experience with AI prompting
