Qualifications

• Mandatory Certifications (both):
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Data Science, or related field
• Preferred optional Certification: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM
• 5+ years experience with ServiceNow ITSM, request management
• Skilled in designing and developing ServiceNow workflows and forms of varying complexity to support request fulfillment processes.
• Strong understanding of Request Management lifecycle and integration with ITSM modules.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Glide Record, and Script Includes.
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications for automation and integration; ability to manage certificate inventory and related ServiceNow flows.
• Proficient in creating dashboards and reports to support operational and strategic decision‑making.
• Adherence to ServiceNow development best practices for scalable and maintainable solutions; strong in ServiceNow workflows, reporting, dashboards, analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
