We are seeking a highly motivated Service Owner to join our Registries Modernization team. This role is critical in leading the transformation of Land Titles services by replacing legacy systems with innovative, client‑centric digital solutions. You will guide agile product teams, collaborate with key stakeholders, and ensure delivery of efficient, user‑focused registry services.

Tasks
  • Lead the end-to-end modernization of Land Titles registry services in an agile environment.
  • Act as the voice of the client, ensuring services meet user needs and deliver measurable value.
  • Manage product roadmaps, service delivery plans, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional agile teams including product managers, designers, developers, and operations.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, service improvement, and technology integration.
  • Oversee and ensure quality and performance of the digital Land Titles service offerings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in service ownership, product management, or agile delivery leadership.
  • Strong understanding of agile frameworks and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience working with or modernizing registry or government systems is an asset.
  • Ability to translate complex processes into intuitive, user‑friendly services.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with land registry systems or legal documentation processes.
