Job summary

FFUN Group is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the Saskatoon North Hyundai service department, driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will manage technicians, advisors, and workflow while delivering strong operational results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven service leadership background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to grow service revenue across multiple brands and categories within a dynamic dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Service Manager or senior service leadership role.
• Strong organizational and operational discipline.
• Growth mindset with accountability and results.
• Ability to manage both people and financial performance.
• Experience in powersports, automotive, or a related industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the service department including technicians, advisors, and workflow.
• Drive shop productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Build and execute plans to grow service revenue and RO count.
• Manage scheduling, work distribution, and turnaround times.
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and communication.
• Monitor and improve key KPIs including labour gross, effective labour rate, and technician efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Parts, and Leadership to maximize total dealership performance.
• Maintain strong organization across work orders, warranty, and internal processes.
• Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing team.
