FFUN Group, owner of Genesis of Saskatoon, seeks an Ownership Manager (Service Advisor) to elevate everyday service visits into memorable customer experiences. You will lead the service advisory process, coordinate appointments, and bridge communication between customers and technicians to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or service writer is a plus.
• Background in fast-paced customer service or sales is desirable.
• Tech-savvy with CRM, DMS, tablets and digital tools.
• Sharp organizational skills with attention to detail under pressure.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and performing vehicle walkarounds.
• Scheduling service, maintenance and recall appointments.
• Communicating service needs in a customer-friendly way.
• Advising on required or recommended services clearly.
• Updating customers and managing expectations throughout.
• Reviewing work orders and explaining results to ensure satisfaction.
