Job summary

Toronto Kia is seeking a Service Manager to join our leadership team. This role oversees the Service Department's overall performance and profitability, managing Service Advisors, Support Staff, Technicians and Apprentices.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with other department leaders, execute growth strategies, ensure process compliance, and drive service sales while championing the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Our leaders are required to have a valid driver's license and a minimum high school diploma.
• Experience leading a Retail Automotive Service team is essential.
• Experience with repair order flow, shop productivity and technician performance is required.
• Experience with dealership management systems in general is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall performance and profitability of the Service Department.
• Provide leadership to Service Advisors, Support Staff, Technicians and Apprentices.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to execute objectives and growth strategies.
• Motivate, coach and develop team members for improved performance.
• Drive service sales and champion the customer experience.
