Job summary

FFUN Group's Saskatoon North Hyundai is seeking a Parts Advisor who helps technicians, service advisors, and customers find and obtain the right parts, coordinates ordering, delivery and installation, and keeps inventory accurate.

This role rewards accuracy, teamwork and calm focus under pressure, with opportunities for bonuses and career growth within a nationwide motor and recreational retailer.

Qualifications

• Parts Technician Certificate or dealership experience preferred (asset)

Parts Advisor, Saskatoon North Hyundai

Permanent Full Time (Monday - Saturday Rotation)

At Saskatoon North Hyundai, our Parts Department is the backbone of a great guest experience. We're looking for a Parts Advisor who thrives on accuracy, teamwork, and helping people get exactly what they need, when they need it. What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist technicians and service advisors in selecting and obtaining required parts
• Support suppliers, customers, and internal team members with parts requests
• Coordinate ordering, delivery, and installation of parts and accessories
• Keep the team informed on availability and pricing of parts
• Manage inventory according to schedule with accuracy and attention to detail
• Ensure all internal requests are properly billed on service repair orders

What we're looking for:

• Parts Technician Certificate and/or experience in a dealership environment (asset, not required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while staying calm under pressure
• Proficiency with computers; PBS experience is an asset
• Excellent communication and a team-first attitude
• Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License upon employment
