Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Technician.
• Proven ability to lead and support a team through change.
• Availability for rotating weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assign jobs based on technician skill sets.
• Oversee repair progress and ensure timely completion.
• Act as a technical resource for diagnostics.

Skills

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
