As a Service Engineer, you’ll lead the charge of delivering high-quality service to our customers. From troubleshooting complex issues to training operators and supporting contract performance, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our equipment—and our customer relationships—run smoothly.
As a part of our Customer Service Operations team, you will be first in the field to maintain food processing and packaging equipment at our customers’ facilities. As someone who prides themselves on getting to the root of the problem, you’ll be part of the mission to keep food production going for hundreds of millions of people in more than 160 countries. Our equipment is a crucial part of the food processing and packaging industry. That’s why keeping it maintained to its optimum performance is a huge priority, not only for us but for our customers and the communities they serve.

This role is located onsite in City of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Tetra Pak is not able to consider applicants who require international relocation to Canada.

Tetra Pak provides the following compensation range that, in good faith, believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in Ontario, Canada.
Ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This compensation range is based on a full‑time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Pak's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include annual performance bonus, competitive benefits, and work‑related allowances.
