Job summary

Motion Industries in Canada is seeking a Service Coordinator to ensure customer expectations are identified and met under general supervision. You will support customers, coordinate orders, quotes, and scheduling of Service Technicians in a fast-paced environment.

You will place orders, negotiate pricing within parameters to protect gross profit, manage backorders, arrange shipping, returns, and build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years related experience.
• Excellent communication (written, verbal, listening) and time-management abilities.
• Strong negotiation and basic product knowledge; reliable and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders by phone, email, fax, or walk-in and prepare quotes.
• Negotiate pricing to maximize gross profit within parameters.
• Schedule service technicians and coordinate shipping methods.
• Expedite backorders and manage returns as needed.
• Build customer relationships to drive repeat business and drive process improvements.
