Job summary

Wajax in Canada is seeking a Sales Order Coordinator to play an integral role in the retail sales process. You will manage high-volume sales orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with sales representatives and production teams to plan timely order processing, coordinate documentation, and provide status reports. The role emphasizes customer service and cross-department communication to meet financial targets.

Qualifications

• Education: High School; Diploma in Business or related field
• Work Experience: 3-4 years
• Knowledge: experience in similar position or related field

Responsibilities

• Review product sales and customer requirements to plan timely processing of sales orders including product purchase, delivery, and communication of orders to vendor and other departments
• Provide timely financial and technical project status reports including final project profit summary reports
• Collaborate with team members to meet financial targets and provide high levels of customer service and support
• Coordinate documentation with engineering, vendors, and customers and manage delivery of products
• Accurately report rented, sold or returned units and ensure discount and warranty structures are applied correctly
• Support project managers and sales teams as required
