You will respond to product inquiries, provide quotes, and enter orders via phone, email, or walk‑in, while coordinating shipping and inventory to support account representatives and maintain service levels.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED with 0–3 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Basic computer skills and product knowledge are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to basic customer inquiries, provide quotes, and handle order entry.
• Place customer orders via phone, fax, email, or walk‑in.
• Influence gross profit by negotiating sale and purchase prices within parameters.
• Adjust non-contract customer pricing to meet demand while maximizing profit.
• Build customer relationships to drive repeat business and improvements.
• Ensure inventory levels meet customer needs and source products as needed.
• Determine most cost‑effective shipping methods for orders.
• Coordinate with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Expedite backorders and handle returns as needed.
