Motion Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Under close supervision, you will accurately fulfill customer orders and manage incoming calls, while negotiating pricing within policy and maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will handle order entry, shipping decisions, and coordination with account representatives to ensure satisfaction. A high school diploma or GED plus up to three years of related experience is typical.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Product knowledge is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Responds to basic customer inquiries regarding products, provides quotes, and handles order entry.
• Places customer orders via telephone, fax, email, electronic methods, or in person.
• Negotiates sale price and purchase price within set parameters to influence gross profit.
• Builds customer relationships to drive repeat business and improve processes.
• Determines cost effective shipping methods for customer orders.
• Expedites backorders and may pull inventory for shipment to customers.
• May handle customer returns and assist with order status updates.
• Works with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintains inventory levels by ordering items as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
