Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients with professionalism and listening to understand vehicle concerns.

• Preparing accurate estimates for labour, parts and materials.
• Creating detailed work orders reflecting client input and diagnostics.
• Keeping clients informed with transparent updates and timelines.
• Maintaining accurate service records and aligning with standards.
• Identifying ways to enhance the client experience during interactions.
