Moncton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver an exceptional client experience at our Moncton, NB dealership. In this role, you’ll estimate repairs, welcome customers, and coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate, timely service.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a Service Advisor role, automotive knowledge, and strong communication. CDK experience is a plus, with a fast-paced, customer-focused environment offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role required.
• CDK experience is an asset.
• Automotive knowledge.

Your area of focus

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience to join our growing team! We're looking for a friendly and motivational individual to fill this position. You will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued clients who choose to service their vehicles at our dealership.

What drives your day-to-day

• Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs.
• Welcoming customers and discussing their needs
• Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone
• Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labor into consideration.
• Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicle’s problems or symptoms.
• Connecting customers to the right auto technician
• Test-driving vehicles to confirm the customers’ vehicle is repaired as needed.
• Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions
