Steele Halifax Chrysler is seeking a Service Advisor to bridge customers and the shop, guiding maintenance or repairs with clarity, confidence, and care. You will listen, explain, and build trust, thriving in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

What You’ll Be Up To:

• Welcoming customers and learning about their vehicle concerns and needs
• Reviewing warranty and service coverage, and explaining it in a clear, approachable way
• Preparing accurate estimates for parts, labour, and recommended services
• Creating detailed repair orders that set the shop up for success
• Keeping customers informed with timely updates and transparent communication
• Maintaining organized and accurate service documentation
• Staying current with Chrysler programs, systems, and ongoing training
• Supporting your team and contributing to a positive, high-performing environment

• Experience in customer service, automotive experience is an asset
