Job summary

Steele Auto Group’s Moncton location is seeking a Service Advisor to join the team. You will welcome clients, assess vehicle concerns, and communicate service options and timelines.

This role offers a cooperative, fast-paced environment with ongoing training and a focus on customer satisfaction. You will work with a supportive team, use CDK software, and contribute to accurate estimates, detailed work orders, and thorough client follow-ups, while upholding our service standards and commitment to

Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership is strongly preferred.
• CDK knowledge is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients professionally and listen to understand vehicle concerns.
• Confirm service coverage or warranties and communicate next steps.
• Prepare accurate estimates for labour, parts and materials.
• Create detailed work orders reflecting client input and technician findings.
• Keep clients informed with updates, timelines, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate service records and adhere to service standards.
• Identify ways to enhance the client experience.

What your day looks like:

• Welcoming clients with professionalism and listening closely to understand their vehicle concerns.
• Accurately confirming service coverage or warranties and clearly communicating next steps.
• Preparing precise estimates for labour, parts and materials.
• Creating detailed work orders that reflect both client input and technician diagnostics.
• Keeping clients informed with transparent updates, realistic timelines and thoughtful follow-up.
• Maintaining accurate service records and staying aligned with our service standards.
• Proactively identifying ways to enhance the client experience through every interaction.

What you bring to the team:

• Experience in a dealership is great, if not, don’t worry just bring your positive attitude!

• A hands-on, problem-solving attitude while being driven and motivated
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
