Steele Auto Group in Moncton, NB is seeking a Service Advisor to join our fast-paced, team‑oriented dealership. You’ll welcome clients, confirm coverage, prepare estimates, and create detailed work orders while keeping customers informed with realistic timelines and follow-ups.

Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude; CDK knowledge is a strong asset, along with excellent communication, organization, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership is great, if not, bring a positive attitude.
• CDK knowledge is a strong asset.
• Hands-on, problem-solving attitude with motivation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients with professionalism and listening to understand vehicle concerns.
• Confirming service coverage or warranties and communicating next steps.
• Preparing accurate estimates for labour, parts and materials.
• Creating detailed work orders reflecting client input and diagnostics.

• Maintaining accurate service records and aligning with standards.

What your day looks like:

• Welcoming clients with professionalism and listening closely to understand their vehicle concerns.
• Accurately confirming service coverage or warranties and clearly communicating next steps.
• Preparing precise estimates for labour, parts and materials.
• Creating detailed work orders that reflect both client input and technician diagnostics.
• Keeping clients informed with transparent updates, realistic timelines and thoughtful follow-up.
• Maintaining accurate service records and staying aligned with our service standards.
• Proactively identifying ways to enhance the client experience through every interaction.
