Job summary

TD Bank Group is seeking an experienced Workday Reporting Developer to design, develop, test, and support complex Workday reporting solutions in Toronto, Ontario. You will partner with business teams across HR functions to translate requirements into scalable reporting, including Advanced, Matrix and Composite reports with calculated fields.

The role requires strong hands-on Workday reporting experience, collaboration with stakeholders, and the ability to deliver accurate, maintainable solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant reporting, analytics, HR technology or systems development experience.
• Experience developing reports within Workday.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement and maintain Workday reports and reporting solutions to support business and strategic decision-making.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable Workday reports.
• Develop simple and advanced Workday reports using appropriate business objects and data sources.
• Build and maintain complex Workday calculated fields to support reporting requirements.
• Analyze reporting requirements and determine the appropriate Workday data source and report design.
• Provide subject matter expertise and consultative support on Workday reporting capabilities.
