Job summary

Moneris is seeking a Workday-focused HR technology professional to lead the configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support of Workday modules, delivering improved reporting and user experience for managers and administrators.

You will mentor teammates, collaborate with stakeholders to align configurations with business processes, and drive continuous improvement across HR technology initiatives within a hybrid work environment in Etobicoke.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience supporting Workday HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Reporting, Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Completed post-secondary education in a relevant field such as Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support of Workday modules, serving as a subject matter expert for the platform.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure Workday is configured to support business processes, requirements, and organizational objectives.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy technical solutions that enhance Workday functionality and user experience.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system, application, and integration issues.
• Maintain HR data integrity by implementing validation controls, monitoring data quality, and supporting operational reporting needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements involving HR technology and participate in cross-functional initiatives to drive business change.
• Develop and deliver Workday training and user support resources to promote adoption and effective system use.
• Create custom reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support decision-making and provide meaningful insights to HR leadership.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams on complex technical solutions, integrations, and recurring system requirements.
• Provide technical leadership through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing to support team growth and the development of scalable solutions.
