Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a skilled Workday Integration Analyst with hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting modules. The candidate will build scalable integration solutions and ensure seamless data exchange between Workday and enterprise systems.

The role requires 8-10 years in Workday integrations, strong Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and API experience, and ability to collaborate with HR, IT, and payroll teams

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of Workday integration experience.
• Hands-on with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and RaaS.
• Proficient in REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and SFTP integrations.
• Knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and RaaS.
• Configure and maintain integrations leveraging SOAP/REST APIs, Workday Web Services, XML, and XSLT.
• Develop and support custom reports and calculated fields for business needs.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis for production support.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support Workday security, business processes, testing, and deployment activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting modules.


• Experience with Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Workday Security.


• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
