Job summary

Aviso is seeking an HR Reporting & Systems Analyst to join the People & Culture team in Toronto. You will design and optimize complex employee data reports and dashboards using Workday reporting, with a focus on HR metrics and data accuracy.

The role requires hands-on Workday experience, ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and a passion for data-driven HR decisions within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR reporting and data analytics experience in Workday.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday reporting, including advanced, matrix, trending, and composite reports.
• Strong knowledge of Workday security and configuration as it relates to report design and access.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize HR data reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and discovery boards in Workday.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into technical solutions.
• Serve as first contact for HR reporting inquiries and ad-hoc requests.
• Deliver enterprise-wide self-service dashboards and scheduled reports.
• Support data validation and data quality across HR systems.
