Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a PR Senior Vice President, Health to lead the healthcare communications practice from Canada. This role will shape strategies across biotech, pharma, medical devices, and digital health, driving client growth, retention, and revenue expansion while leveraging AI to improve earned media measurability.

You will oversee senior client relationships, provide executive counsel, and build a high-performing team, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and long-term growth

Qualifications

• Extensive healthcare PR leadership experience, with senior-level responsibility.
• Proven ability to grow client accounts and drive revenue.
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to explain complex healthcare topics.
• Experience applying data and technology to measure earned media.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for healthcare PR practice, ensuring client partnerships, performance, and delivery quality.
• Lead relationship partners for healthcare clients, building trusted partnerships.
• Develop tailored communications strategies aligned with objectives and audience dynamics.
• Oversee integrated PR campaigns including media relations, thought leadership, and crisis comms.
• Mentor healthcare professionals, recruit selectively, and ensure delivery quality.
• Establish account management rhythm with weekly reviews and risk identification.
