Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Director of Growth & Product Marketing to lead a new function in a fully remote, Canada-based role. You will design scalable product marketing strategies, drive growth initiatives, and align product launches with outbound and lifecycle teams across a global marketplace.

You will translate complex product capabilities into compelling audience narratives, build standardized promotional offerings, and lead demand generation to accelerate acquisition and adoption.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or related leadership roles.
• Proven track record in building and scaling marketing functions and processes.
• Strong expertise in product positioning, messaging, and value prop development.

Responsibilities

• Lead product positioning and messaging for creators, backers, and marketplace audiences.
• Develop GTM strategies for products and features to drive adoption and revenue.
• Establish scalable launch and promotional packages for the Outreach and Marketing teams.
• Build and lead sales enablement with pitch materials, messaging and training resources.
• Define KPIs for product adoption, demand generation, and promotions; optimize campaigns.
