Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Content Designer to operate remotely within Canada. You will shape patient-facing content, craft messaging, and build a new content design practice in a fast-moving digital healthcare environment.

You will lead content strategy, create clear copy for product experiences, emails, and notifications, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across journeys.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in content design, UX writing, or copywriting for consumer digital products.
• Strong portfolio of writing across digital product experiences and customer communications.
• Excellent writing and editing skills; clear, engaging, human language.
• Strong editorial judgment with attention to accuracy and consistency.
• Experience using AI writing tools and evaluating AI-generated content.
• Proactive, able to establish content design processes in a startup.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead content strategy and execution across patient-facing digital experiences.
• Shape patient journey communications to be clear and meaningful.
• Develop messaging concepts using data and patient feedback.
• Write copy for product experiences, emails, and push notifications.
• Support onboarding, ongoing care, and re-engagement content.
• Collaborate with product, design, and lifecycle marketing teams.
• Translate complex healthcare information into accessible language.
• Apply brand voice with warmth, clarity, and empathy.
• Manage content projects from concept to delivery and improvement.
• Develop content guidelines and AI-powered workflows.
