Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Lead Partner Marketing Manager based in Canada to own and scale partner programs across an international, fully remote team. You will drive demand, optimize ROI, and collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and revenue ops to accelerate pipeline growth.

In this role you will manage budgets, develop partner models, and apply AI-driven approaches to personalize campaigns while preserving data quality and privacy. Strong communication across regions is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience owning partner marketing programs from strategy to measurement.
• Strong understanding of partner marketing models and enabling partners to promote solutions.
• Ability to link marketing initiatives to partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
• Experience collaborating across partnerships, channel marketing, demand generation, and sales.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of programs with data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with global stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, execute, and measure partner marketing programs that generate demand and contribute to pipeline growth.
• Develop integrated initiatives that market to partners and enable partners to promote solutions.
• Manage transitions of existing partner commitments while evaluating programs based on performance and ROI.
• Own and allocate the partner marketing budget including MDF and co-marketing investments.
• Develop partner segmentation, positioning, messaging, and repeatable operating models.
• Build joint marketing programs with ecosystem and technology partners.
• Equip partners with messaging and resources to communicate value propositions.
• Coordinate with Channel, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Content, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams.
• Establish measurement frameworks for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and ROI.
• Analyze program performance and make evidence-based decisions about continuation or optimization.
• Apply AI tools to improve segmentation, campaign development, and insight generation while preserving privacy.
• Operate independently in a global, asynchronous environment.
