Job summary

Jobgether on behalf of a partner is seeking a Paid Media Growth Director based in Canada to lead data-driven, full-funnel paid acquisition strategies across multiple tech clients.

You will own media planning, measurement, attribution, and AI-first workflows, build a high-performing team, and partner with executives to translate insights into measurable business outcomes in a fully distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of paid media experience in agency or in-house marketing.
• Experience managing over $1M monthly ad spend across multiple clients.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and DV360.
• Strong full-funnel buying, forecasting, pacing, and optimization skills.
• Ability to design measurement strategies including incrementality and MMM.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled workflows and LLM-based tooling.
• Excellent data interpretation and storytelling for executives.
• Experience leading and mentoring paid media teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid media growth strategies for high-growth tech clients.
• Oversee multi-channel investments exceeding $1M/month.
• Develop full-funnel media plans across search, social, video, CTV, programmatic.
• Design measurement frameworks and lift studies.
• Build AI-first workflows for audits, reporting, and optimization.
• Present insights to VP/C-suite weekly, monthly, quarterly.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing paid media team.
• Align paid media with SEO and AEO initiatives.
