Partner Company is seeking a Vice President, Health, based in Canada, to lead the healthcare PR practice with end-to-end responsibility for strategy, client relationships, and revenue growth. The role oversees programs across biotech, pharma, devices, hospitals, and digital health, with a focus on measurable outcomes and high-quality delivery.

• 15+ years in public relations or healthcare communications, with senior leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading healthcare PR teams and owning outcomes at practice level.
• Proven expertise in regulatory communications, pharma/biotech, medical devices, hospitals, or payer relations.

Responsabilidades

• Define strategic direction for healthcare and lifestyle communications initiatives.
• Own account management rhythm across client portfolio with weekly reviews and health scoring.
• Drive client retention and satisfaction through high-quality service delivery and rapid value realization for new accounts.
• Develop and execute multiple recurring account expansion initiatives to grow revenue.
• Lead and mentor healthcare communications team, coaching and recruiting as needed.
• Build trusted relationships with senior healthcare clients and act as strategic advisor.
• Develop tailored PR strategies based on objectives, audience needs, and market insights.
• Oversee campaigns across media relations, thought leadership, executive visibility, and crisis communications.
• Cultivate relationships with healthcare journalists and publications to secure high-impact coverage.
• Position clients as industry leaders through content, speaking opportunities, and events.
• Develop productized healthcare services leveraging media intelligence and regulation monitoring.
• Drive new business in biotech, pharma, devices, hospitals, digital health, and consumer wellness.
