Job summary

Raise seeks a Senior Program Manager in Calgary on a 1-year contract, hybrid, to lead major technology transformation initiatives across IT. You will establish governance, drive delivery planning, and manage dependencies at program and portfolio levels while coordinating with product teams and executives.

The role requires strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management across large enterprise environments with complex tech deliveries.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in IT or Engineering.
• 7+ years delivering large, complex technology initiatives across multiple domains.
• Experience governance, planning, and cross-team delivery.
• Experience with executive sponsors and senior leaders.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST, ISO, COBIT, SOC.

Responsibilities

• Establish program governance for complex technology transformation programs.
• Develop delivery plans balancing objectives across multiple product teams.
• Lead programs from inception to completion through multi-team coordination.
• Manage program-level dependencies and integration with portfolios.
• Own communications for sponsors and stakeholders.
• Escalate issues and propose mitigations for delivery challenges.
• Manage budgets and monitoring controls across enterprise programs.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Digital Steering teams.
