Job summary

S I Systems in Canada is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist to lead transformational technology projects, field operations tech initiatives and business process changes. Location options include Calgary or Edmonton with a hybrid model (three days in the office, two days from home) and occasional travel within Alberta.

The role requires 10+ years in Change Management for large technology programs, experience with OCM frameworks, and change management certifications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in Change Management for large technology programs and business process transformations.
• Experience using OCM Framework governance, methodology, processes, and tools.
• Change Management Certifications.
• Experience creating Training strategies or instructional design, including stakeholder impact analysis, business readiness, and adoption planning.
• Ability to travel part time within Alberta.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage change management strategies and plans for technology projects
• Complete stakeholder impact analysis and gather change impact information
• Prepare and execute business readiness strategies throughout the project lifecycle
• Design and develop communications materials for impacted stakeholders
• Develop training curriculum designs, materials, and interactive videos
• Coordinate training delivery schedules and execute end-user training
• Provide post go-live support through the hyper-care phase
