Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing multi-year program roadmaps.
• 8+ years overseeing end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of program components.
• 8+ years establishing program governance, including decision-making forums, reporting structures, and performance metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define program vision, scope, objectives, and success measures.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps integrating priorities, strategy, budget, and resources.
• Provide leadership across multiple concurrent projects to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of program components.
• Drive program status reporting including progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and budget health.
• Ensure quality assurance, architectural alignment, and IT policy compliance.
• Develop and manage multi-year program budgets, forecasts, and investment proposals.
• Allocate and optimize resources across teams, vendor partners, and shared services.
• Oversee procurement activities and vendor performance.
• Identify, document, and mitigate program risks and issues; lead escalation and change control.
