Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale, multi-year technology projects.
• Experience in government or public sector project/program management.
• Experience with executive governance cycles and briefing materials.
• Ability to manage interdependencies, risks, and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee, track, and update large, complex projects, including schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Lead executive governance, reporting, and decision-support activities.
• Develop executive project status briefings and present updates to senior leadership.
• Coordinate integrated project reporting across multiple project teams and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans identifying resource, timeline, and budget requirements.
• Synthesize project status, progress updates, and strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders.
• Present updates, recommendations, and risk mitigation strategies to governance and executive committees.
