Job summary

Source Code is seeking a Sr. Project Manager/Leader to drive large IT programs in Toronto, balancing on-site and remote work.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, vendors, and stakeholders, guiding requirements, architecture, testing, and governance across agile, waterfall, and iterative approaches. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of PM experience, PMP certification, and a proven track record in complex projects, including public sector considerations.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive project management on large IT projects using agile, waterfall and iterative approaches.
10+ years leading project activities and overseeing documentation (BRs, FRs, use cases, BPM/BPMN, data modeling, architecture diagrams).
University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.
PMP Certification from PMI (Active / In good standing).

Responsibilities

Lead teams of technical staff, vendors, and stakeholders to implement projects.
Develop detailed scope, budgeting, resources, planning, scheduling, risk management, and change requests.
Ensure effective cross-divisional teamwork and high standards of work quality and governance.
Develop Change Management Plan and stakeholder engagement strategies.
Monitor projects with other divisions to ensure plan adherence.
Provide strategic advice for capital projects in municipal environments.
