Source Code in Toronto seeks a Sr. Project Manager/Leader to drive the OH Cloud Transformation initiative. This 1-year contract role delivers large, complex projects on time, within budget and scope in an ambiguous environment with stakeholders and SMEs.

You will lead governance, risk management, and migration planning of workloads to AWS/Azure, coordinating with internal teams, partners, and vendors, ensuring compliance and high quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience managing large, complex projects.
• 7+ years designing and deploying technical infrastructure projects.
• 7+ years delivering applications and SDLC for products and projects.
• 7+ years leading large transformation projects moving from data centers to the cloud (AWS and Azure).
• Healthcare sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• On-time, on-budget, on-scope delivery of assigned projects compliant with governance and policies; provide feedback for improvement.
• Manage resources, scope, budget, schedule and quality of deliverables.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with Sponsors, partners, vendors and project team members.
• Organize and lead project meetings; ensure effective change control and RFC handling.
• Develop project documentation (charter, schedule, reports, notes) and forecast costs.
• Build roadmap for OH Data Center migration to AWS; coordinate with leadership and product teams to track progress and report to executives.
