Job summary

High Tech Genesis Inc. in Canada is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead multiple enterprise technology initiatives, including cloud services, Microsoft 365, AI, and IT infrastructure modernization.

The successful candidate will manage projects from analysis and planning through implementation, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• PMP certification.
• 10+ years of scheduling experience on large projects.
• 10+ years of risk management on large, complex programs.
• 5+ years delivering large-scale cloud projects and services.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex IT projects from initiation through implementation.
• Develop charters, plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, milestones, and delivery strategies.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and governance.
• Lead cloud, M365, AI, infrastructure, and enterprise technology initiatives.
• Identify, analyze, and manage risks in large programs.
• Coordinate requirements, solution delivery, implementation, and documentation.
• Define objectives, scope, assumptions, benefits, timelines, and resource needs with leadership.
• Manage relationships with sponsors, technical teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• Prepare and present status reports and recommendations to leadership and steering committees.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and support decision-making across teams.
• Support change management, UAT, and implementation readiness.
• Ensure security controls, policy alignment, architecture, and governance are addressed.
• Support continuous improvement and project closeout activities.
