Job summary

PwC Canada is seeking a Technology Strategy & Transformation Senior Associate to lead transformation programmes across infrastructure, AI, data and digital technologies. You will gather client information to drive data-driven insights, lead engagements, and prioritise tech requirements to align with transformation goals.

The role requires experience in technology strategy, cross-industry delivery, and a willingness to travel across Canada, with a competitive compensation package and performance

Qualifications

• Significant experience within technology transformation, operations, and/or strategy.
• Experience leading transformation in infrastructure, data, AI/GenAI/Agentic, AIOps/SRE, digital.
• Prior work in technology strategy consulting or CIO-organisation context.
• Strong understanding of digital and cloud transformation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy and transformation programmes across infrastructure, AI, data and digital technologies.
• Gather and analyse client information to develop data-driven insights for platform and channel strategies.
• Lead client engagements, conducting research, interviews, and hypothesis testing for transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrate experience driving strategic transformation in technology-driven environments including cloud, data, and AI.
• Identify and prioritise business and technology requirements aligned with transformation objectives.
• Support programme and project management with hands-on knowledge of technology transformation processes.
• Apply strategic delivery skills to implement technology solutions spanning infrastructure, digital and AI.
• Deliver client projects on time and within budget with strong stakeholder management.
