We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Sr. Talent Specialist to drive talent processes and Learning programs across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is passionate about talent management, performance cycles, and Learning and Development.

Learning & Development
  • Support the design and delivery of Learning & Development (L&D) programs, including manager trainings, DISC assessments, global employee learning sessions, culture initiatives, and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and support various teams to source and implement learning solutions.
  • Design and facilitate learning programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.
  • Coordinate and oversee individual development planning for key talent, ensuring a consistent process and providing resources to support talent growth across the organization.
Talent & Performance Management
  • Own the annual talent calendar, including timelines, instructions, communications, and guidance for performance reviews, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Develop and deliver guides and training sessions to ensure leaders and employees understand processes and expectations.
  • Manage talent data and systems around succession and talent reviews; build reports and dashboards to provide insights that inform people and business decisions.
Engagement and Lifecycle Surveys
  • Coordinate engagement, new hire, and exit surveys in partnership with HR and leaders, including timelines, audiences, and communications.
  • Analyze survey data and report on key metrics to inform organizational strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent management, learning & development, or HR roles.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs (e.g., manager trainings, DISC, global employee learning, culture and DEI initiatives).
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors to implement learning solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of talent processes, including performance management, succession planning, and engagement surveys.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics; ability to build reports and dashboards and interpret insights.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay Range: $74,000.00 - $92,500.00
