You will build sourcing strategies, run full-cycle searches across technical and business functions, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience while guiding executives with market data. You'll partner with leaders to shape role scope, manage agency partners, and provide visibility into progress, risks, and decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including senior roles in high-growth technology companies.
• Independent portfolio management with minimal oversight and accountability for outcomes.
• Credible advisor to executives and a resourceful recruiter who clarifies briefs and guides decisions.
• Data-driven, able to share market insight and influence hiring decisions; curious about AI-enabled tools.
