Job summary

CPA Ontario is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across diverse roles, partnering with leaders to deliver an exceptional hiring experience. The role emphasizes sourcing excellence, data-driven decisions, and strong stakeholder relationships to support equity and inclusion.

You will collaborate across Recruitment, HR, and Marketing & Brand to refine our EVP and ensure a smooth process from sourcing to onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle in-house recruitment experience.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
• Ability to source hard-to-find candidates.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience developing recruitment reports and metrics.
• Commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles from individual contributors to Director level.
• Source and build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, HR and Marketing & Brand to elevate employee value proposition.
• Represent CPA Ontario at networking events and career fairs when needed.
• Track metrics and generate analytics to inform hiring decisions.
• Undertake additional projects to elevate the recruitment team.
