Job summary

Jobgether in Canada seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead full-cycle recruitment and develop sourcing strategies aligned with organizational needs. You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, coach teams on interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience across the process.

You will drive employer branding initiatives, recruitment analytics, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced clinical research environment, contributing to growth and high-performing

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 5–7 years of in-house recruitment experience managing multiple roles.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Experience with ATS and candidate sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of GCP and FDA regulations and guidelines.
• Confidentiality and diplomacy handling sensitive information.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Canada work authorization in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from needs to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and sourcing plans.
• Coach managers on interview processes and candidate evaluation.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely feedback.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment analytics.
• Lead talent acquisition projects and process improvements.
• Prepare offers and coordinate onboarding with HRBP.
