Job summary

Salt XC in Toronto is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment across Creative, Strategy, and Operations. You will partner with department heads to forecast needs, build proactive sourcing strategies, and mentor recruiters to attract diverse, top-tier talent.

You’ll shape Salt’s employer brand, optimize hiring processes, and own the candidate experience with a data-driven, inclusive approach. The role offers a hybrid work setup and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in full-cycle recruitment within a creative/digital/agency environment.
• Proven success managing senior-level searches and leading multiple initiatives.
• Expertise in sourcing diverse candidates using advanced research and networking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence at all levels.
• Experience using ATS and analytics to track recruitment data and insights.
• Ability to design or improve recruiting processes for speed and quality.
• Strong understanding of employer branding and collaboration with marketing.
• Leadership experience mentoring recruiters or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Passion for developing early talent and inclusive hiring practices.
• Proactive, organized, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and specialized roles across Creative, Strategy, Media, Digital, and Operations.
• Forecast hiring needs with department heads and build proactive sourcing strategies.
• Develop pipelines of diverse, high-performing candidates through research and networking.
• Ensure job descriptions reflect Salt’s voice and inclusive values.
• Coach recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing and candidate assessment.
• Own and elevate candidate experience with transparency and respect at every stage.
• Lead enablement for hiring managers on structured interviewing and equitable evaluation.
• Partner with Marketing to develop employer brand initiatives and campaigns.
• Represent Salt at industry events to attract top talent.
• Regularly assess and improve the recruitment process for a differentiated experience.
