QXO Building Products is looking for a senior Talent Acquisition partner to lead full-cycle recruitment across the U.S. and Canada, focusing on senior, niche, and hard-to-fill roles.

You will partner with hiring managers to define needs, build proactive sourcing strategies, mentor junior recruiters, and champion inclusive hiring across the candidate funnel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience in North America.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Expertise with ATS, sourcing tools, CRM, and data-driven recruiting.
• Experience building diverse talent pipelines in competitive markets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at all levels.
• Experience mentoring or leading others in recruiting.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience and inclusive hiring.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles in US/Canada.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and role requirements.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Embed inclusive hiring practices to reduce bias.
• Mentor and coach junior recruiters.
• Improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows.
• Collaborate with HR, People Analytics, and leadership on workforce planning.
• Act as a brand ambassador at industry events.
• Track and report recruiting metrics to drive accountability.
