Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience recruiting professional, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing stakeholders across complex organizations.
• Experience with sourcing, talent mapping, pipeline development, and labour market intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate, professional, and leadership roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to develop effective search and hiring strategies.
• Serve as a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor, providing market insights, talent mapping, and recruitment expertise.
• Develop scalable early talent programs and internship initiatives.
