Job summary

Keyera in Calgary is seeking a Sr. Advisor – Talent Management to design, develop, implement, and continuously improve enterprise talent management programs.

The role partners with HR leaders and business stakeholders to build capability and a robust pipeline of future talent. The successful candidate will lead talent reviews, succession planning, career development, high-potential initiatives, and leadership development while aligning with our values and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience in a complex multi-level organization.
• Experience developing and implementing enterprise talent management programs.
• Project/Program Management experience managing multiple enterprise programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and continuous improvement of talent management programs and processes aligned with business strategies.
• Develop programs related to talent reviews, succession planning, career development, leadership development, and performance/talent processes.
• Conduct benchmarking to identify emerging talent practices and recommend solutions.
• Establish program objectives, governance, and implementation plans.
• Ensure talent programs are consistent, scalable, and aligned with culture.
• Lead implementation and ongoing administration of talent management programs across the organization.
• Develop materials, tools, resources, communications, and leader enablement strategies.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to ensure adoption and integration.
• Facilitate talent discussions, calibration sessions, and other talent activities; monitor program effectiveness.
