• Expertise in organizational development, talent planning, and change management.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret people analytics and translate insights into action.

• 8+ years in a strategic HR advisory or HR business partner role, ideally in a large, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align business and talent strategies.
• Provide executive coaching and guidance for change initiatives and workforce planning.
• Review HR KPIs and translate insights into people strategies.
• Collaborate across HR, Shared Services and Corporate functions for consistent employee experiences.
• Champion succession planning and develop high-potential employees.
• Lead role planning and pipelines with Talent Acquisition for external search.
• Guide leaders through performance management cycles to foster high performance.
• Partner with Compensation to apply pay programs consistently.
• Analyze engagement and exit data to improve culture and belonging.
• Support talent development and redeployment strategies for mobility.
