Job summary

CS Group Canada is seeking an HR Advisor to drive talent development, training programs, and competency management across cross-functional HR initiatives. The role reports to the HR Director and focuses on workforce readiness, employee engagement, and compliance.

You will coordinate development plans, manage budgets, track metrics, and support DEI and safety programs while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a talent management role.
• Experience in competency development, training management, and organizational development.
• Experience coordinating HR programs, employee engagement initiatives, or employee experience activities.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics (KPIs) and HR data analysis.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications (advanced Excel skills are an asset).
• Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Talent Development: Coordinate the IDP process, support managers and employees, monitor development actions, produce metrics.
• Training: Gather and analyze training needs, develop annual plan, manage budgets and vendors, track training hours and costs, measure participation and effectiveness.
• Competency Management: Update competency profiles, map tools, identify gaps, support managers, recommend actions.
• Cross-Functional HR Initiatives: Coordinate Health & Safety, Controlled Goods Program, DEI, employee events, audit prep documents.
• KPIs and Continuous Improvement: Define KPIs, produce dashboards, analyze results, propose program improvements.
