Job summary

CS Group Canada is seeking an HR Advisor to drive talent development, training, and competency management. You will lead IDP processes, coordinate cross-functional HR programs, and support workforce readiness planning in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

The role collaborates with managers to implement training plans, track KPIs, and ensure effective employee engagement while maintaining compliance across Health & Safety and the Controlled Goods Program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• 3–5 years in talent management; competency development and training management.
• Experience coordinating HR programs and employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong HR metrics, data analysis, and advanced Excel skills are assets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Individual Development Plan (IDP) process and track development objectives.
• Develop and coordinate the annual training plan; manage budgets, vendors, registrations, and follow-up.
• Monitor mandatory training, certifications, costs and hours; measure participation and effectiveness.
• Update competency profiles and mapping tools; identify skill gaps and future workforce requirements.
• Plan and coordinate Health & Safety programs, DEI initiatives, and employee engagement events.
