Job summary

Recruiting In Motion - Eastern Ontario is seeking a Senior Talent Development Associate to help deliver and enhance employee learning and development programs. This role combines training facilitation, content development, LMS administration, career development, and learning analytics to support employee growth and organizational development.

You will partner with leaders and subject matter experts to create learning solutions, deliver onboarding and professional skills training, manage LMS

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, corporate training, talent development, or a related field.
Experience with training facilitation, public speaking, and group presentations.
Experience developing or maintaining training and e-learning content; proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify development needs and create learning solutions.
Deliver onboarding, professional skills, and compliance training across formats and logistics.
Create and update learning resources, ensuring accuracy and regulatory alignment.
Administer the LMS, maintain records, and produce reports and dashboards.
